WAIVER AND HOLD HARMLESS: Captains and anglers named, by submitting this entry form, agree to hold harmless any and all promoters, tournament directors, agents, agencies, and organizations assisting the Dana Tuna Frenzy Tournament. Furthermore, all contestants agree to waive all responsibility for death, injuries, damages, liability, theft, fire, or loss of any kind to entrants. Submitting this form will be confirming a waiver to these effects.
